SHIPPING
Once your order has been marked as accepted, scanned, or delivered by the carrier, any delivery concerns must be addressed directly with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). We are not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues beyond our control, and refunds will not be issued for delayed delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate, including apartment or unit numbers. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or invalid address provided by the customer, a new shipping charge will apply to reship the order. If the error is on our part, we will cover the cost of redelivery.
All of our collections are custom made, and therefore all sales are final. At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
